Models of Creativity Process, an Infographic by CreatiWittyBlog

An infographic is perhaps the most amusing way to communicate a process, statistics, fact, figures or other kind of information by using graphical elements. Therefore, for today’s post we presents Models of Creativity Process, an Infographic by CreatiWittyBlog explaining three models of process of creative thinking in an amusing manner.

Creativity is perhaps the most complicated mental phenomenon and most complex psychological activity. According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, “Creativity is marked by the ability or power to create”. Similarly according to Robert E. Franken who mentioned in his book Human Motivation… “Creativity is the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others”.

It doesn’t matter how you define creativity, because every creative individual has his or her own definition for this phenomenon, however what scientists and psychologists have always been interested to research upon is the ‘process of creativity’. It is interesting to know that there are many techniques for fostering creativity, and to even to create creativity (many of which are already applied in big creative organizations like Google and Ogilvi) but the process to reach creative ideas and solutions is somewhat same in every creative individual with some modifications. Therefore, in today’s infographic, I have taken three important and interesting models of the creativity process and weaved them into interesting information for my readers.
